Friendly Faces, Must-Visit Places: Travelzoo Poll Ranks Countries & Cities

The results are in! We here at Travelzoo polled our members to see which places they found to be the friendliest destinations for travelers and it left us with a big smile on our faces, ready to book these trips ourselves.

We talked to over 6,000 of our members, and here's what they had to say:

Latin America

One-quarter of Americans voted Mexico as the friendliest Latin American destination.

Europe

Across the pond, Italy ranked as the friendliest European destination followed by Ireland, United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands rounding out the list.

And when asked what the friendliest country is in Asia Pacific, ranking number one was Australia, with more than one-quarter choosing the land Down Under.
