The bathroom was tight, if someone was using the toilet there was no room for anyone else to use the sink. The elevators were also inefficient during the breakfast rush and basically were unusable due to long wait lines. The bed covers were also small and did not fit the bed size. Overall it was clean though with a good location and friendly staff

Staff was great, location was awesome, breakfast was filling. Rooms were a bit tired. We weren’t in the room for a majority of the day. It certainly won’t prevent me from staying there again.

We had a great week going to Broadway shows and exploring Manhattan.

Great location. Helpful, upbeat staff. Good amount of room and excellent layout of space. VERY comfy bed. One of the better included breakfasts I’ve ever seen. The room showed a bit of wear, but was very clean and for the price/location in Manhattan it can’t be beat.

The location is fantastic! It is easily within walking distance of many incredible sights in NYC! Multiple subway stations are also very close for those not-so-close sights. The room was comfortable, and the kitchen was very handy for keeping snacks and leftovers. The daily free hot continental breakfast was also great for saving some money!

Surprisingly quiet hotel for the location. Clean room although a bit worn furniture. Larger than expected room. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had abundant options vs typical continental breakfast.
Other Comments
They misspelled my name and therefore had difficulty finding the reservation since it was booked third party. There should be another option to look it up such as by phone number.
