Staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and also large. Housekeeping was super good. We enjoyed our extra perks from travelzoo too!! Bottles of water everyday was nice. Not having to pay the "resort fee" everyday really helped make our trip more affordable !! Thank you Travelzoo!!

The junior site was even nicer in real life than in the pictures, and the ultra-deep in-room hot tub is worth the upgrade! Location was great for walking but uber pickup was easy too, the rooms were spotless, staff was friendly and helpful when requesting more water or late checkout, and gave us a couple nice extras to celebrate a birthday and anniversary.

Extremely accommodating front staff, allowed a late checkout without charge. Friendly, professional.
Loved the bedding and pillow, shower was fabulous. Rooftop deck at sunset till dark was lovely. HH was pleasant, and yes I did explore the city too.

The hotel was very convenient to Michigan Avenue, downtown, near the train station and local subway options for visiting other parts of the city. The room was wonderful, clean, great view out 2 windows, comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have time for the pool or gym this time, but they both looked great.

The locations was excellent. It was a short walk from several cafes and restaurants I had wanted to try and a nice 25 minute walk down to Millenium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago and several other sites.

My husband and I went for a quick trip to Chicago to celebrate his birthday. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that they had upgraded our room to a suite. The accommodations were just lovely and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I will definitely return to the Royal Sonesta Hotel. I saved a lot of time on travelling to restaurants and shops as everything I needed was close by.
The Chicago Theatre and the Goodman Theatre are within walking distance. Very convenient.
