We had a great stay here. Only too issues. It’s not that convenient for older folk and getting in and out of their garage was always an issue. Rooms were great, staff too!

Beautiful rooms, great location, nice breakfast

The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a little confusion upon checking in, in that the fees in my pre-arrival email were different from the amount due at check in. I pulled up my Travelzoo email with the cost breakdown and the staff member was able to break it down further, ensuring I was paying the correct amount (ended up paying $25 more for an early check in which I was happy there was an option).

We really appreciated the daily breakfast - great options! and live music Thursday evening in the lobby.

Had a great 4-night stay for a recent convention. Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable. Location was easy for nearby restaurants as well as the Music City Center where the convention was held.

We booked a room with “den”. Upon arrival the hotel was full so they downgraded our room but not the price. Slick trick.

Overall good stay--front desk staff was helpful and pleasant, bartender was delightful. Breakfast staff could use more people to replenish when items ran out. An additional bedside lamp would also have been nice.

Came to Nashville for the football game on Sunday but stayed before and after so we were there for 3 nights. The room was a good size, clean, and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. The lobby was very inviting. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fantastic. There was a wide assortment of items to choose from so lots of choices available. We would definitely stay here again. That said, here are a couple of things that we noticed that frustrated us a bit. We arrived in town around 2:45 and check in is at 4;00. We asked if our room was ready. It was but since check in was not until 4:00, they would charge us $25 to get in the room. We declined and decided to go do something and return later. The guide button on the TV will not work. So, you're forced to channel surf. Not that big a deal though. The thermostat gave us a challenge for some reason. It's almost comical. The heat was on but when it got too warm, the AC would come on to lesson the effect. Seemed really odd to us. Maybe we were just too dumb to figure out how to work it. Regardless of all that, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The parking garage is very convenient but it is $38/night. Fortunately for us, it was included in our stay as was the breakfast so we didn't pay extra but something to know before booking. You need your room key to access the elevator as well as in/out garage privileges. Overall, we loved it.

Great location. Easy to uber anywhere. Not really walkable to Broadway etc. Great breakfast. Parking included is a real plus. Room nicely finished and spacious.

Overall our experience was a good one, room was clean, breakfast every morning was excellent. The only downfall was the bar, lacked an experienced bar tender, it took soooo long for our drinks to be made and at the time there was only 3 people at the bar during the Hyatt Happy Hour - don't let the name fool you.

The hotel experience was outstanding. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of good quality. The seating area was spacious, and the staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness. The location was ideal, with approximately a 45-minute walk to Bridgestone Arena, or a convenient Lyft ride costing around $6 to $10. Additionally, there was a highly-rated pizza restaurant just a two-minute walk away, open late and serving delicious pizza. A grocery store located within a block also proved to be convenient for guests without vehicles. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Vanderbilt.

Very nice experience and good location. Handzen at the front desk was very helpful with helping us book the Hop on Hop on tour for 12/11/24. I was disappointed with the fruit quality at breakfast. It was not fresh

Courteous Staff, Excellent free breakfast, Clean and Nice Rooms, Quick Uber to main attractions and airport. Travelzoo deal is a great value.

The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not replenished-not even the coffee or juice. Television in the room kept going out-losing service. The bar tender uncharged me for drinks and did not tell me.

Staff was friendly. Room spacious, although the lighting was very odd with weird placement. There was only a desk light and a very bright light between the beds. Nothing at all by the “sitting area”.

Breakfast was served until 9:30 each morning. Every day I went down there, whether it be 8:30, 9:00, or 8:15 the majority of the food was completely empty. On Tuesday everything was wiped out at 9 am and nothing being refilled. They even removed the bread station to be able to get a piece of toast. Many guests were complaining, but I heard a worker say we are working within our budget. She also said the hotel was 70% full. In addition I specifically asked for no maid service throughout my trip and we wore woken up on Tuesday morning at 7:30 AM to a woman pounding on the door yelling housekeeping. I was startled and thought I was dreaming, but my daughter finally answered it just to get her to stop and reiterate we were not interested in anybody coming into our room. Who cleans rooms at 7:30????

Beautiful hotel, great location, comfy beds & pillows, nice breakfast & bath products. Only lacking a body moisturizer. Love the TravelZoo deal with free parking! Will definitely go back!

Room, lobby and bar were all very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was just average.

The hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants and our favorite was definitely Valentinos and the hotel was also a short drive to Broadway Street and many museums, which we really enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our little dog who we brought along.

The staff could be more educated about answering questions about the area. For example, I asked about the Hop On Hop Off bus, and he didn’t know anything about it even though there were brochures in the lobby. Secondly, they tried to charge me for parking, although it was part of my reservation, so I had to get that corrected.

Easy to find and just 8 miles from the airport. The staff was very nice, especially the check in agent. She was informative, welcoming and genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great shower. The hotel location was great and it helped that parking and breakfast were included! I would definitely return, as well recommend it.
