Children and additional guests
Children 12 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Crib/Pack 'n Play available upon request: free of charge.
Extra bedding available upon request: $20 plus tax, per night.
Extra guest charges will apply as follows:
$20 plus tax per night for older children and adults.
One extra bed (airbed) available in the Harbourside room only. Charges will be added to your bill at the hotel.
Rates are based on 2 adults in Harbourside and One-Bedroom Villas.
Rates are based on 6 adults in the Two-Bedroom Villas.
Rates are based on 8 adults in the Three-Bedroom VIllas.
Number of children and child ages must be listed in the "Special Requests" field on the checkout page.
Our system only allows bookings for up to five guests. To complete your booking for more than 5 guests, select 5 guests on the shop page and include additional guests and ages in the Special Requests field, on the checkout page.
Pets
Only service animals allowed.
Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. A $250.00 USD penalty charge will be enforced if an animal is brought onto the property.
Fees
A $250 plus tax, per night incidental hold will be placed on the debit/credit card provided at check-in.
When booking the "Travelzoo Deal" rate, a reduced resort/ facility fee of $15.00 USD plus tax per person (age 13 and up), per night applies and will be paid at the hotel.
The resort/ facility fee includes:

**All play requires advanced reservations. Reservations may be made at the Tennis Pro-Shop at 239-472-5111 ext. 4151. All players must check in at the Tennis Pro-Shop before heading out to the courts. Instruction and equipment not included in the resort/ facility fee. Court reservations may be booked 7 days in advance of play.
