Lovely stay in a lovely area!

Great meal at the Inn on the Twenty which is part of the Jordan House. Also good breakfast there in the morning and service was professional

It was our anniversary and we saw this experience on Travel zoo- so we booked 2 nights..

Beautiful room that appeared newly renovated. Lots of conveniences. Loved the coffee machine, ironing board and space.

The air conditioner was very loud. We had to shut it off to sleep.

Customer service was amazing & they gave me a complimentary upgrade for my birthday

Food was awesome in the tavern and accommodations were very spacious, clean & inviting. Amazing value & great location

From the first point of checking in the staff were friendly and the room was very clean. It was great to have the restaurant right next door in this quaint village. Within 1/2 hr drive to Niagara on The Lake. Great value in this deal. Only issue was hearing people in the hallway,outside on the street talking and even once hearing conversations inside rooms as we were in hallway. It wasn't busy this time of the year so was minimal but in the busy time I can see this being a problem.

Check in was easy. Room was lovely. Located in a quiet town, short driving distance to hiking, & fine dining. Pub downstairs with good variety of food options.

Jordan House was conveniently located to accomadate our plans.

Having the Jordan House Tavern adjacent is a plus.

Quiet, clean and laidback. Good energy on patio and in tavern over the dinner hour. Great base from which to explore the region.

First time booking a package on Travelzoo and it was so easy and check in was great! Have already booked two more overnight packages. They are a great deal!

The gentleman at checkin was great and very helpful with where to park and getting into the inn. Room were nice and clean with all the amenities. Would definitely go back.

Very quiet and quaint area. Free parking. Great staff interactions. Check-in was easy, although not at the same location. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Small microwave in the kitchenette would be a nice addition.

For various reasons beyond our control we were unable to go as planned. Management worked with us with moving our visit on more than one occasion, very graciously.

Checkin was very easy at Inn on Twenty. We like the outside improvements to the building and our rooms were both very spacious with everything we needed. The included meal at the PUB downstairs was excellent with great service and atmosphere.

Staff as always is exceptional.

Jordan is a very quaint little hamlet with many surrounding wineries and sights to visit. Jordan House was very clean and room was large. Nice to also get a meal voucher with my deal.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is quiet and within easy driving distance to wineries and any other destinations in the niagara region

We enjoyed our stay very much, bed is comfortable, the room is fairly basic but has all you really need. We like visiting the bench wineries from here.

The food at the Jordan Tavern was excellent. We got a $30.00 coupon. The street the hotel is on is very quaint and attractive.

Handle fell off the mini-fridge. It also froze everything we put in it. The coffee maker didn't work. The mattress seemed saggy in the middle. We knew the bed would be a double, but it still was disappointing to sleep in a double.

We were looking for a nice hotel that was close to The Lake House (we had dinner reservations there) and that didn’t break the bank. We found the Jordan House fit that bill perfectly.

If I could make one suggestion, I would change out the Queen bed and put a King in its place. The room can certainly handle a larger bed.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the Jordan house tavern to eat.
