To paraphrase Fitzgerald, the rich and famous roll different from you and me. And maybe we can’t stay where they stay, but we can take a peek, now and then, through the keyhole. So here are 16 of the sweetest celebrity-graced hotel suites  around the world, with hat-tips to the stars that made them famous.

Rihanna: The Royal Penthouse Suite at Park Hyatt Vienna

The Park Hyatt Vienna is home to the largest suite in Austria: the Royal Penthouse Suite, whose 8,820 square feet span two floors, two bedrooms, three kitchens (because every entourage needs its noms), four leafy terraces, four bathrooms, a sprawling living and dining area and—if the onyx staircase doesn’t provide enough exercise—a gym. Note: If you were staying at the Park Hyatt Vienna when Rihanna was during her ANTI World Tour, you might have missed her thanks to the suite's private elevator. Otherwise, you and RiRi totally would’ve hung.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas: The Maharani Suite at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace

Yes, this Taj Hotel is an actual palace, formerly home to Maharaja Umaid Singh and his wife, the Maharani. The Deco-inspired suite created in her honour is a favorite among VIP visitors to Rajasthan’s dreamy Blue City—not least, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who are presumed to have spent their first night as a married couple here. We have to think the 10-person dining room went unused, but the Maharani Suite also comes with plenty of honeymoon-friendly features, from the enormous master bedroom to the couple’s massage room. There's even a yoga room to eradicate any last scintilla of wedding stress. Fun fact: The bath was designed by artist Stefan Norblin from a single piece of pink Italian marble.

The Rolling Stones: Suite 100 at Zurich's Dolder Grand

Perched on a hill above Zurich, The Dolder Grand blends a 19th-century castle-like structure with two new wings designed by Lord Norman Foster. Head to the top floor of the Spa Wing and you'll find Suite 100, a 60s-chic spread—all arc lamps and S chairs and hot pink accents—where Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and the rest of The Rolling Stones once cooled out. Named after London's 100 Club, (where, coincidentally, the Stones have also made appearances), this suite may be rock and roll on the inside, but as soon as you step onto the vast terrace, the alpine lake views will remind you you've landed squarely in Switzerland—perhaps on the private jet that the hotel happily dispatches to guests’ home airports.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z: Villa Luna at Paradise Valley's Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa

In another case of stars gravitating to starchitecture, Beyoncé and Jay-Z spent their honeymoon in a space designed by Frank Lloyd Wright associate Christopher Yager: the 5,500-square-foot Villa Luna at Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain. The secluded master suite has floor-to-ceiling windows with surreal mountain and valley views, plus an indoor/outdoor shower and oversized soaking tub. There are also four more bedrooms and bathrooms (because you never know who might crash your honeymoon), plus ample living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a deck that rolls on for days.

Sophia Loren, George Clooney: The Imperial Suite at Le Bristol Paris

Since it opened almost 100 years ago, Le Bristol Paris has hosted every celeb from Sophia Loren to George Clooney in its famous Imperial Suite. If you're looking for a place to get away from the paparazzi, 900 acres of lush Central American rainforest is a pretty safe bet. Sure, some celebrity photogs consider hotel balconies fair game, but the one off the Honeymoon Suite at Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa exposes you to an entirely different kind of visitor: toucans, tree frogs, and howler monkeys. Of course, the ideal is to have your own off-the-grid piece of Belizean paradise, but as Leo's been waiting for his to open, he's gone for the next best thing: Casa Estrella at Cayo Espanto, a private island off the coast of San Pedro, Belize. The two-story, two-bedroom villa has two private docks, a spacious deck, plunge pool, and outdoor showers. And not for nothing is the place so secluded: The downstairs living area opens on three sides, while the entire upper floor is dedicated to an open-air bedroom (well, and a bathroom and two balconies). So even if you weren't as eco-conscious as Leo, AC wouldn't even occur to you here.

Prince William and Kate Middleton: Webb Tent at Australia's Longitude 131

Even royalty likes to go camping—or at least glamping: When Prince William and the Dutchess of Cambridge (formerly Kate Middleton) visited Australia’s Northern Territory, they stayed at the poshest of Longitude 131's desert pavilions: the Webb Tent, which has floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the outback, with majestic red Uluru rising in the distance. Nature may steal the show, but the paintings by Aboriginal artist Ruby Tjangawa Williamson are nearly as amazing—and so are the tent's custom beds. The outside version, which a butler will happily make up for an evening under the stars, comes with a fireplace, an array of liqueurs at turndown, and that all-important private pool.

The Kardashians: Soori Estate at Soori Bali

You knew we weren't going to get through this story without a Kardashian—or several. And sure enough, when Kim Kardashian West was turning 38, the birthday girl—plus Kourtney, Khloe, Scott Disick and all their kids—took off for Soori Bali, a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The crew rented out the onsite 56,510-square-foot Soori Estate, which comes with 10 bedrooms, four infinity pools (that’s three times as much infinity as we usually get), a spa room, a gym, a helipad, a library (lightly, uh, used in this case, we’re guessing ), and epic views of this black-sand-fringed stretch of the Indian Ocean.
