The lack of view that I’d paid extra for. The view was of parking lot and float plane hangar. Not a great view of inlet at all! Shower stall in bathroom no bathtub.

Great location, close to everything. Rooms had balcony with beautiful views. Room was generally clean, but after a long season could use a deep clean(shower).

Big bonus! Having the Shelter restaurant by the water with just a trip down the stairs. Great food and drinks. ($5 local blonde beer for happy hour)

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was nicely laid out with a view of the inlet. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time staying @ Tofino Resort & Marina. Very accommodating staff. Nice ocean view from balcony of 3rd fl suite. It was busy, but quiet at night. Nice 10 minute walk into town.

Our room had a huge deck overlooking the marina which was always interesting to watch. Nice restaurant on site overlooking the water. Resort check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

The cleaning people were great. One person at reception, an older woman, was terrific. The others at reception seemed to lack training.

We got a really small room and it had a terrible smell. I reported it twice before I could get anything done. They moved us to a better room after they came and smelled it themselves. We had already been there 2 nights. The small rooms you got for your sale are so tiny one can hardly get around one's luggage.
