What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival; full value of the booking (room and tax) will be charged for cancellations received after this time or no shows
- A three-night minimum stay is required
- Booking note: A mandatory 3.15% Destination Fee plus tax is included in the prices listed above
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a one-bedroom suite, four guests sharing a two-bedroom suite or six guests sharing a three-bedroom suite; no additional adults allowed beyond the maximum capacity per suite category

Staff desk staff super helpful, welcoming and made sure our stay comfortable and relaxing. We stay in the one bedroom lake view. The room was extremely clean. The kitchen had all the utensil, pot and pans that we needed. The washer and dryer came with detergent and drying sheeting ( great touch ). We stay here with our toddler and he loves the two near by parks. They are in separate directions and 5min walk from the resort. We staying during the off peak season hence the pool was closed. There are a few near by grocery stores that is a short drive away. Kelowna downtown is about a 20min drive. There is a few wineries around. We like Quails Gate.
Other Comments
Disappointed with the spa. Tried booking twice on separate days and they cancelled twice. My husband and I were both looking forward to services. Recommend making YouTube accessible on the smart TV as there are better children’s program through the app.

It was a pleasant trip. Nice view of the lake. It is unfortunate they don't open their outdoor pools until the May long weekend.

Check in is not until 5pm and check out is an early 10am. They were not flexible about this.

The suites are individually owned & there are some with full-time owner/residents. Quiet time at the resort is 11pm-7am. Dogs are allowed, which is wonderful. Everything you could possibly need.
Other Comments
The on-site restaurant was only open between 4 & 9pm.

The suite was roomy and very nice. The weather was warm and sunny. Nothing was crowded. The massage was good. We had a relaxing few days.
