What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 3pm local time, 7 days before arrival to receive a full refund of the 25% deposit (room, tax, and resort fee). - Booking note: A mandatory 6% resort fee is included in the prices listed above; it covers Wi-Fi, self-parking, access to amenities and more
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a Deluxe Suite; additional guests can stay for an additional $35 plus tax per person, per night

Fabulous winter get away. Beautiful trails for X country skiing and snowshoeing as well as a great skating rink and out door hot tub. Staff were outstanding and food in the dining room was top notch. Highly recommend.

It was really a lovely place with spectacular views! The room was beautiful, large, very clean and with a lovely view. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was really nice. I wish they had a few more options for breakfast like pancakes or waffles though. The waitress did ask the chef if he could whip up some pancakes but he said he wasn’t prepared to do that. Cam was amazing and was running around looking after a small party, the bar and serving the guests dinner!
My only suggestion would be to get smart tv’s and allow guests to watch Netflix or Disney plus etc. Owen Sound completely shuts down at 9pm and there was nothing for us to do in the evening. We would have been happy to chill in the room and watch a movie. The satellite tv was hard to get working and offered nothing decent to watch.

Delicious meals offered at the on-site Sweetwater Restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and amazing view of Georgian Bay beyond the golf course. Staff is very efficient, helpful and friendly. Rooms are elegant yet comfortable. We’ll be back!

15 min to Owen Sound for restaurants, shopping, museums. Enjoyed the pretty and festive Northern Festival of Lights display at Harrison Park and in Owen Sound by the river. All free.

Amanda, at the front desk was amazing. She looked after our every need and some things we didn't even know we needed. Ou room was beautiful. High ceiling, huge window, comfortable bed, great shower. But the special Valentine's Day dinner was disappointing and way over priced. The background piano music was a lovely touch. However, we really enjoyed the continental breakfast that was served in our room. Much more than your standard fare. Great steam room, fitness centre and outdoor hot tub. In terms of spa services, the hot stone massage is certainly recommended. The revitalizing body wrap needs some rethinking in my opinion. Very awkward and somewhat uncomfortable for the client. I would choose a different spa service in the future.

We had an amazing stay at the Cobble Beach Resort. We wanted somewhere we could have breakfast onsite and enjoy snowshoeing either onsite or close by. I was delighted to find this resort that had breakfast and snowshoeing onsite. The staff are incredibly kind and the food was delicious. I wish we were golfers to enjoy this resort in the summer but we will certianly be back in the winter.
