What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 3pm local time, 7 days before arrival to receive a full refund of the 25% deposit (room, tax, and resort fee). The total value of the booking (room, tax, and resort fee) will be forfeited for cancellations received after this time or no shows
- Booking note: A mandatory 6% resort fee is included in the prices listed above; it will be paid directly to the hotel and covers Wi-Fi, self-parking, access to amenities and more
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a Deluxe Suite; additional guests can stay for an additional $35 plus tax per person, per night
- Children 12 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding

It was really a lovely place with spectacular views! The room was beautiful, large, very clean and with a lovely view. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was really nice. I wish they had a few more options for breakfast like pancakes or waffles though. The waitress did ask the chef if he could whip up some pancakes but he said he wasn’t prepared to do that. Cam was amazing and was running around looking after a small party, the bar and serving the guests dinner!
My only suggestion would be to get smart tv’s and allow guests to watch Netflix or Disney plus etc. Owen Sound completely shuts down at 9pm and there was nothing for us to do in the evening. We would have been happy to chill in the room and watch a movie. The satellite tv was hard to get working and offered nothing decent to watch.

Amanda, at the front desk was amazing. She looked after our every need and some things we didn't even know we needed. Ou room was beautiful. High ceiling, huge window, comfortable bed, great shower. But the special Valentine's Day dinner was disappointing and way over priced. The background piano music was a lovely touch. However, we really enjoyed the continental breakfast that was served in our room. Much more than your standard fare. Great steam room, fitness centre and outdoor hot tub. In terms of spa services, the hot stone massage is certainly recommended. The revitalizing body wrap needs some rethinking in my opinion. Very awkward and somewhat uncomfortable for the client. I would choose a different spa service in the future.

We had an amazing stay at the Cobble Beach Resort. We wanted somewhere we could have breakfast onsite and enjoy snowshoeing either onsite or close by. I was delighted to find this resort that had breakfast and snowshoeing onsite. The staff are incredibly kind and the food was delicious. I wish we were golfers to enjoy this resort in the summer but we will certianly be back in the winter.

The staff were very hard to contact. It was rare that anyone ever answered the phone, but they were very good about returning my calls. They called me a few days in advance just to check in with me and see if I had any questions. We arrived very late, but there was no problem and the night staff knew to keep an eye out for me. Our cottage accommodations were just fabulous. We enjoyed the living room area to lounge and chat. Our beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were well equipped with towels. We appreciated the robes for a trip to the hot tub. Breakfast was top quality and service was excellent. Amanda was great to communicate with on phone, by email, and in person. All five of us were very impressed.
