Very nice environment. A little disappointed with room and view if roof with other rooms across looking onto my room. Was advised that’s what I requested and paid for. Another room on ground floor available one day at $280. more. Juan from room service/maintenance was really top notch, friendly and helpful.

Check in, valet, atmosphere were all great. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Our only “complaint” was the view. Our window looked out to the garbage processing area. We just didn’t open the blinds.
