This place has knocked it out of the park! Stayed here around Christmas season. The decorations in the foyer were tasteful, cozy but not overdone. The front desk staff were amazing. We tried out the onsite grab and go restaurant, rhythm and howl. The food was great, with a upscale coffee shop feel and (in the evening) relaxed pub feel. The room was large, clean and had Rocky mountain soap products as a bonus. The hot tub was clean and beautiful and it'll only get better once the new spa opens up in spring. This place will not disappoint. Five stars all around from us!!

Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. We live in Calgary so can take advantage of off season prices. Otherwise the hotels in Banff and Canmore are outrageously priced!
