Very handy being able to walk from the hotel to the OLG theatre, especially since the weather wasn’t very nice.
Other Comments
Staff were very courteous and accommodating. We were upgraded to a Fallsview room and they even sent up a bottle of wine for the Birthday girl. Very positive atmosphere.

Front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean just some parts of it outdated. We didn’t have much of a view mainly of the casino parking lot. Next we go back I would upgrade to a room with a better view it would help with the ambiance for sure.

We were staying for one night in Niagara Falls, the staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, nothing fancy. The only downside was the lobby renovation but that was a minor inconvenience.
