Location was great.
Other Comments
The suite was not available and we got downgraded to a king room and given breakfast vouchers. The service in the restaurant was so slow, we waited 30 minutes before a server came to take our order and did not eat until after almost an hour of waiting. They never brought water and they forgot some of the items we ordered. The air quality in the room was so bad, we both had stuffed noses while in the room. We never received housekeeping although we did request it. They showed up twohpurs after we requested the service and we were already back getting ready for dinner so we asked them to come back and they never did. We also told them we were celebrating a birthday and all of these unfortunate experiences kind of put a damper on our weekend in Montreal. We will not be visiting this hotel again.
