Rooms have been recently renovated and was very comfortable. One of us is Celiac and communication about the GF options was not consistent
Other Comments
With ongoing renovations the Staff definitely tried their best to ensure a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The phone was not yet connected in our room, we were provided with a local number to contact which we did twice as the family above us was very loud well beyond midnight and we were short on towels which were kindly provided. It was very much appreciated that Brianna in particular was very helpful in communicating GF options prior to our arrival. It was unfortunate that the list provided was not consistent with the actual offerings. The food in the Restaurant was disappointing compared to what we were being charged. The scrambled eggs were very dry and did not appear to be made from fresh eggs. The salad at Brunch was unfortunately wilted. When providing Gluten Free bread for i.e. toast it would be great if they would consider a dedicated toaster as there would be concern of cross contamination using the regular toaster. The salmon dinner on Friday was quite bland and the amount of vegetables served was very disappointing.
