This all-suite hotel is steps from Stanley Park, one of the best places to experience cherry blossom season in Vancouver. In addition to the beaches and famous Seawall you can enjoy beautiful blossoms through April. Hint: The city's annual Cherry Blossom Festival is on through April 28.

What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival; the first night (room and tax) will be charged for cancellations received after this time or no-shows
- Booking note: A 1.26% Destination Marketing Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the prices listed above
- A two-night minimum stay is required on Fridays-Saturdays
- For One Bedroom Suites, rates are based on two guests; extra guest fee applies for the third and fourth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is four guests
- For Two Bedroom Suites, rates are based on four guests; extra guest fee applies for the fifth and sixth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is six guests
- Please do not include children, ages one to 11, in occupancy
- Note: Our system only allows reservations for up to five guests, but the Two Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to six guests. To complete your booking for more than 5 guests, select 5 guests and include additional guests in the Special requests field on the checkout page. Extra guest charges for the sixth guest are not included in the total rate and are payable to the hotel.
- Additional adults are +$20 per guest, per night when using existing bedding; children 11 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding

Deceptive from the outside. While a little aged, it was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and a five minute walk to a Stanley Park, close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back. A hidden gem.

One bedroom suite on main floor. Too much noise in the middle of the night outside room. Pull out couch mattress sagged in middle. Very uncomfortable. One manager was quite rude.

This property is great for multiple reasons. The location near Stanley Park is great. The staff are very friendly and eager to help and having a suite vs a regular hotel room for our visit worked well. The property is old and not fancy and the bathrooms are small and the underground parking a little awkward for loading and unloading suitcases, but the value for the room price and the staff friendliness made up for this. We enjoyed our stay here.

Rosellen Suites are in a great location close to the Stanley Park lagoon. The building and the neighbourhood are quiet. The suite is spacious and the kitchen equipped.

Our only dissatisfaction was the soft mattress. A harder mattress would be wonderful to sleep on another time!
