We were 2 adults and only one chair in our room. The welcome cocktails were either a mocltail
The double room only had one chair. The welcome cocktail was a choice between a mocktail or bubbly white wine which I feel is a bit cheap.

The entrance and lobby are not handicap friendly.

I must say you need to 'clarify' your statement on 'welcome drinks $15 value'......to me that means $15 value to ANY welcome drink - non-alcoholic or alcoholic.

At Arc the Hotel for only one night but the staff were great and the service excellent. We definitely would stay again.

One of the most amazing stays, right from check in to check out. The staff was amazing. Great room, the bed was so comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with great service. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is confusing for access & arrival - and you need to park your vehicle in a hidden garage after booking in. The room was OK but the washroom was small and difficult to move around in.
