I loved the whole aspect of White Oaks and the facilities. I'd prebooked a tennis session with a resident pro, Giovanni Rodriguez. I had a great lesson with him, A good teacher and pleasant, nice man. I will return for another lesson with him. I enjoyed the salt water pool and the hot tub.

The staff is so helpful and can never do enough to assist in anything. I had a scooter and it wasn’t working so they brought in their maintenance person to take a look. When we realized the battery was the problem. They lent us a wheelchair for our stay!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. I mentioned to the front desk staff (Gladys) that is was our anniversary-when we checked in later in the day we were greeted with some chocolate covered strawberries & a note with warm wishes. The doorman were friendly & welcoming in the morning as we headed to the restaurant for breakfast. The room was comfortable & quiet.

A great overnight stay. We were so impressed that we’re returning after Christmas. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and often anticipated your need for direction or assistance without you even asking for aid. Property inside and out was extremely well maintained.

The hotel and staff were fantastic in every way and I would definitely recommend staying here if planning to shop at the outlets or travel to the Falls / Niagara on the Lake. The only negative I found was the steam room and sauna were quite small and we were a party of 4. Also, just an FYI because these are in the gym area both are "clothing optional" which can be a little uncomfortable being in a small sauna with others.
Fantastic experience! Lovely atmosphere and staff, room is very clean and comfortable, food is good!

And a baby. Receptionist didn’t go over details of the package. I had to ask a lot of questions instead of him, offering the information. Other than that, everyone else was extremely friendly and professional. Pool and hot tub, lovely. Food excellent at both restaurants. They cater to dairy and gluten free, which was wonderful for our family of 8.

Just to remind reception, not everyone knows details and it’s more welcoming to be provided with them, than to ask. I don’t want to categorize all of them together since others were very professional. Ivy was helpful too.

We attended the restaurant called the Liv and it was way beyond our expectations. Stayed at White Oaks overnight with my sister. We tried a yoga class, the gym and a couple spa treatments and had a great time. The area in the spa is very calming and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave!!

The staff go out of their way to make every guest feel welcome and worthy of their time and effort. Ine of the most appreciated aspects of this trip was the human connection. Also had regular texting with Ivy who told me where the wifi password was and filled in a maintenance report for a minor fix in the room.
The amenities were clean well maintained and plentiful. Being within a short walk to the outlet mall was great and a starbucks across the street very convenient.
We had a room overlooking their beautiful garden.
In the room we had everything you could ask for. A nespresso coffee maker and a coffee station. Two actual wine glasses and a corkscrew. A wide range of bathroom luxuries including a tv in the bathroom. The lotions and shampoos, makeup remover, loofah…. They have obviously tried to think of what their guests will need or want. The bed was great.
The TV could have been improved on but it did what it had to do a d entertained us on a rainy evening so I think it was fine. The room is of an aging decor - but still the cleanliness and repair being well maintained - it was bot an issue for us certainly.
Thanks again for the excellent service in the bar where we watched the ball game and the fabulous breakfasts we enjoyed each morning. They were decadent and huge.

The star were incredibly warm friendly and generous. We placed our complementary wine in the fridge and as we open the door to retrieve it broken into pieces. The customer service weee nice enough to get a cleaner and a new bottle and towels were given to us. That was an exceptional experience and nice of them to provide such assistance when needed.
