The staff helped us to prolong our stay by holding onto our luggage while we waited for transportation. We forgot a cell phone in the room and they promptly called us and we retrieved it right away. Such friendly and helpful staff - especially Shannon. Thank uou

Very nice hotel. Staff great. Two problems for us—heater made a noise all night. Had to turn it off. Plus they need to install chair height toilets especially for seniors!!

The location was great. It was half way between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake Main Street. Lots of free parking. Breakfast was good! They accepted dogs for a fee. We like to travel with our dog if we are within Ontario. Location was a short commute to the Niagara Falls dog park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to check in and out. The only downside to this hotel was there were not a lot of places to go walking because it was kind of in an industrial area.
Other Comments
We went off the main area to have dinner. We went to Bricks and Barley 1573 Four Mile Creek Road in Niagara on the Lake. It was great for pizza and the Crème Brûlée was awesome.
