Wasn't sure whether this hotel was close to Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this was next to the Plains of Abraham, across from the Parliament Building, one block from the wall, and around the corner from Grande Allee which is the mecca for restaurants and nightlife. Perfect location!

Feels like an upscale hotel without the price but with all the beauty, service, rooms and amenities.

They did not offer the Travelzoo perks that were to accompany our stay. We had to ask for th restaurant discount cards, the wine card @ never did hear about or see the gift. We did not have enough discount cards for the amount of purchases we made.
