Kevin at reception was very professional.

Upon arrival the toilet was leaking water on the floor. Four hours later it was worse, we had to change rooms. The breakfast was pathetic, no potatoes, no fruit, plain white bread, zero healthly quality!!!

Excellent except for checkout day. The electricity had to be turned off by Quebec Hydro so there was a cold breakfast and No elevator service

We have always enjoyed our stay here but found this last stay extremely busy in the hotel with bus loads of tour groups arriving daily and breakfast was very chaotic and crowded as the hotel was full
