Everything about our stay at The Resident, Edinburgh was exceptional. The hotel was a mere 20 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station and so handy for the local attractions and restaurants. The amenities within the hotel were first class, together with the decor and ambience with attention to detail from the housekeeping and reception teams. Overall, the hotel ticked all the boxes - well done.

The thoughtful conversion of a former tax office to bespoke hotel was a welcome addition to the Edinburgh hospitality sector and we would love to return.

We had previously stayed at Tge Residence Liverpool and were delighted with the experience and we can honestly say this hotel was equally as good, EXCELLENT!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, not a large room but had everything we needed . Location was very good, about a 10 minute walk into town. Bus stop nearby . Would stay again if we went back to Edinburgh
