Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for an extra $30 per night. Children up to 17 stay free. Please refer to the following maximum occupancies: two in the Standard One King room, Deluxe One King room and Loft King Balcony Suite; four in the Standard Two Queen room and Deluxe Two Queen room.

Great location and nice staff. Hotel could use better insulation/ noise cancellation in walls... could hear everything in hallway etc even just when people walking by the room. Complementary breakfast and cookies at the front desk were a nice surprise

We were planning to attend a wedding in Banff when we saw this deal on "Travelzoo" and booked it. The hotel was very close to the reception venue (Bluebird Steakhouse) and this seemed like the perfect location for us; the underground parking was a big plus as well.

Checking in was seamless, and the complimentary room upgrade we received was highly appreciated. Overall, we wish we had been able to stay longer.

All was wonderful but they advised us of a water shutdown in the middle of the night for plumbing servicing. Unfortunately the hot water wasn't hot in the morning so no showers for us.

There was no parking included, no balcony, room was small and awkward, shower was hard to move in as it was very small. Included breakfast was in a tiny tiny room in the basement that barely accommodated everyone

Desk staff was friendly, helpful 'n nice. Room was huge, set up was good except they should have a small table for cards etc. Room was clean but the windows were quite gooey. Overall we were very happy with the location, great restaurants around. Very walkable.

Amazing location! It's right in the center of the shops and restaurants. Perfect for a family with a stroller because we can just keep our car parked in the parkade and walk everywhere. The staff was amazing, the rooms were great, and there is a complimentary breakfast!
