- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival; the first night (room and tax) will be charged for cancellations received after this time or no-shows
- Booking note: A 1.26% Destination Marketing Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the prices listed above
- A two-night minimum stay is required on Fridays-Saturdays
- For One Bedroom Suites, rates are based on two guests; extra guest fee applies for the third and fourth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is four guests
- For Two Bedroom Suites, rates are based on four guests; extra guest fee applies for the fifth and sixth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is six guests
- Please do not include children, ages one to 11, in occupancy
- Note: Our system only allows reservations for up to five guests, but the Two Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to six guests. To complete your booking for more than 5 guests, select 5 guests and include additional guests in the Special requests field on the checkout page. Extra guest charges for the sixth guest are not included in the total rate and are payable to the hotel.

This property is great for multiple reasons. The location near Stanley Park is great. The staff are very friendly and eager to help and having a suite vs a regular hotel room for our visit worked well. The property is old and not fancy and the bathrooms are small and the underground parking a little awkward for loading and unloading suitcases, but the value for the room price and the staff friendliness made up for this. We enjoyed our stay here.

Travelling for a concert. We knew we were a ways from the venue. The rooms themselves were nothing at all like the pictures on the webpage. The suite was very clean, but old and worn out and not well kept up

We stayed for 2 nights in November.in a very spacious 2 bedroom suite. The location was perfect for us. A block from Lost Lagoon, 3 blocks alons tree lined street to Davie street where there are a plethora of affordable and diverse resaurants to choose from. We appreciated the secure parking and we didn’t move the car since everything we wanted was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

We asked information for the Travelzoo free upgrade (to a personality suite, which I believe was the description), when requesting space for parking. I left a message, the day before we went (Saturday 22 Oct) but got no response. However when we arrived we got a wonderful (larger) room than we expected. Simply exceptional

I book this for my parents when they come to visit as we live in a one bedroom. It’s right across the street from our building so my parents can walk over. This is the 3rd or 4th time they’ve stayed and they love it. It gives them space and privacy but they are only 2 minutes from spending time with us. The staff are amazing and very helpful. This trip they were upgraded to a 2 bedroom giving with a fireplace which they greatly appreciated. My mom thought she left her glasses in the room and one of the staff were gracious enough to go back up to check. Mom’s health isn’t great after the stroke she had a few years back and she was having a rough morning.
Thank you for alway treating my parents with grace. They will be back!

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom corner suite. Very nice. It's an older, converted apartment and a few things could be fixed up (e.g. shower handle) but overall we really enjoyed the unit and the location. Both the front office staff and the cleaners were great.
