King room was comfortable with views to lake & mountains. Easy access to Thermal pools & spa from hotel. Voucher for dinner in Lakeside Cafe was moved to Bar/Lounge on main floor. Good service & tasty food. Did mention we’re celebrating Halloween birthdays that evening but no recognition especially since it was my husband 80th!

Nice shops & Starbucks in hotel lobby. Very quiet community in Fall. Boat cruises for hire located out front of Hotel - very convenient.

Took 45 minutes to check in on a Sunday afternoon. Got to our room only to find it was one king bed and not two queens as we had booked nearly 2 months prior. Only one double queen room was available on the opposite side of the hotel so to avoid more hassle we kept the king room and my mother and I shared the bed. Dinner was nothing fancy but was tasteful. Hot pools slightly underwhelming. Enjoyed the lap pools and indoor tub.

Lakeside Cafe Staff were fantastic, When checking out the Reception Staff ... not so much.

Wanted to stay an extra day if I could have the same pricing as I was paying for my current stay. Reception Staff said I would have to go through the Booking Agency I had used. Needless to say, I did not stay the additional day.

Our package price included a dinner for 2 at the Lakeside Cafe. We fully expected to order from the cafe's regular menu, BUT instead we were given a fixed menu with very little choice. Our meal was quite skimpy and of mediocre quality. We feel that the advertised package was misleading and not clearly stated that the meal would not be the regular fare of the cafe. The service was poor and we feel that we were treated as second class diners because we were not partaking from the cafe menu.

Enjoyed our stay, but TZ’s deal implied we got up to $100-$150 for dinner. The 3 choices we had would never add up to that. One choice we could not eat, other was really good. Our bill was $66. Not such a good deal as I thought it would be.

We had a great time, the golf Club is very small but we still enjoyed. Had a wonderful dinner at the hotel but on the pricy side. The pools were wonderful.
