Naturally Pacific Resort was fantastic. Beautiful grounds to walk or sit by. Rooms were excellent. Loved that they had a mini couch and table not just beds. Great amenities such as the pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

No grab bar to safely get out of the bath tub. Water pressure and heat uneven. No waste basket in bathroom area. Duvet to hot and use of blanket was a polyester again to hot. Did not get a good night sleep the two days there
The showers in the Mineral bath again were uneven with pressure and heat. Made use of the mineral bath disappointing

Great hotel with amazing mountain and water views. The room was very comfortable. Complimentary robes and slippers were a nice touch as it made going to the mineral spa convenient.
Other Comments
The rain shower and mineral spa was valued at $60 and was included with the Travelzoo deal. As a stand alone, definitely not worth $60 per person for 1 hour.

Marvellous. Mineral pool lovely, regular pool beautiful, room comfortable and attractive, food pricey but delicious. Minor quibbles: over- scented toiletries we couldn't use, a constant background rumble that sounded like a generator.

I can't wait to come back. I hope this property will continue to offer such reasonable rates from time to time so I can come back!

Staff were gracious about the problem and gave full refund for cancelled days as well as waving the resort fee.

Room had signifiant noise issues and after talking to staff they acknowledged others had complained as well. Left after 1 night after planning on being there 3 nights.

Was a wonderful escape for a few days. Hotel is great, nice layout, rooms and beds comfortable. Staff very friendly, used loungers by the outdoor hot tub and pool.
Casual seating around multiple fire tables are a nice touch. Played 9 holes, fun course! Tried the prix fixe menu and it was excellent.
Whole resort feels very west coast! Will definitely be back again and next time try the spa.

Our three night stay was perfect. Sunsets views from our balcony. Restaurant was excellent. There are comfy chairs around several fire-pits providing a relaxing outdoor area. The golf practice area was really good and the course enjoyable except for the fact the greens had just been punched and were slow.
Other Comments
Personally I thought the spa area was extremely beautiful but mineral pool and shower experience disappointing, a bit of a hype! The guest rooms are bright, modern and comfortable but I do like to shower without having to get my hair wet! The faucet in my opinion should gave a shorter shower head attachment. Great having a shaving/make-up mirror though.

We had a great time. The hotel and staff.were all lovely. The pool steam/sauna rooms were perfect. The mineral pool was a lovely experience. I would 100% revisit this lovely relaxing spot. Note at.the moment the golf view side of.the hotel is nicer as the ocean view (that you pay more.for) is a construction zone.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was only one year old, so everything was new. Our room was large and well furnished. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed using the hot tub, steam room, sauna, swimming pool and mineral pool. We enjoyed eating at the Carve Restaurant and the Velocity Pub.

The hotel exceeded our expectations.

We visited the resort to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We dined at Crave that evening, where the outstanding service continued—and the food was nothing short of amazing. The next morning, we relaxed in the mineral pools and indulged in the Italian experience showers, leaving us in a state of pure bliss. The rooms and the resort itself are beautifully designed with tasteful decor throughout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit

Beautiful resort surrounded by mountains and with an ocean view on one side. We didn't use the spa facilities, but the food at Carve/& room service was delicious. The golf course is challenging, and has a great training facility. Many thanks to Chris and Ryan for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

We were upgraded to a balcony room, which we didn’t take advantage of because of the weather, however, the view was spectacular, and we very much appreciate the gesture.

Expand seating in Velocity for bar patrons.....not just outside.
A golf resort needs sports channels in the rooms, at minimum the golf channel.
