Dustin at checkin desk was very accommodating and helpful. Idel was very serviceable at housekeeping.
Other Comments
Pillows were flat. Limited amenities: no microwave, not user-friendly coffee machine, $40 a day parking and too expensive coffee or let alone meals at restraunt. Only one Ice machine at far end of building. Too much for not much.

Our only negative of our stay was the price of the food in the restaurant. The food, ambiance and service were great, but the meal was expensive

The staff at the hotel was wonderful and accommodating. We were able to check in a little early and also extend our check out since it was raining in the morning and we wanted to take advantage of the complimentary e-bikes when the rain stopped at 10am. The location can’t be beat and the added wine and nightly s’mores was a nice touch for both adults and kids.
Other Comments
There could be additional trash bins around the property. Many guests were not considerate and would leave s’mores trash strewn by the fire pits which faced the ocean so stuff could easily be picked up by the wind and land on the beach. I think signage should be posted to pick up and dispose of trash to keep the beautiful surroundings clean. There should be an emphasis on clean oceans and protecting the environment. Also a reminder to owners to pick up after dogs would be helpful as well as complimentary waste bags and again more trash bins.

Newly renovated. Everything is now more expensive without any real value add. They stuck us in an obstructed view room because we were from travelzoo. Seemed like they were really trying to cut costs and you feel it in the little comforts. Showers are not hot and the room won't heat up no matter how much you try to adjust the temp. This is now a penny pinchers hotel with a premium price tag.
