Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. Additional hotel-specific charges: Hotel taxes and fees are included in the voucher price, though the following are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel:

• Mandatory green tax of US$12 (approx. $17) per person, per day for all guests (infants 0-2 years are exempt)
• The following surcharges apply from Nov. 1–Dec. 23, 2025 (payable directly to the hotel): US$50 (approx. $72) per night in a InOcean Pool Villa. The following surcharges apply from Jan. 10–March 31, 2026 (payable directly to the hotel): US$120 (approx. $172) per night in a Beachfront Villa; US$150 (approx. $215) per night for the Beachfront Villa and InOcean Pool Villa combo package; and US$200 (approx. $286) per night in an InOcean Pool Villa.
• Airport transfers: roundtrip seaplane transfers are US$555 (approx. $795) per adult (12 years and above), US$350 (approx. $501) for children aged 2-11 years and infants under 2 years are free of charge. To book transfers through the hotel, please provide your full name as shown on your passport, international arrival and departure flight number, and dates at least 14 days before arrival.
