Overall a good experience and great that they are pet friendly. Fitness area was great. Room was lovely. Parking was a little complicated as we parked before checking in so didn't know which tower we would be in. As it was, we had to move the car, but not a big issue.

The room we were given was wonderful, on the tenth floor, and we could enjoy the Christmas lights at St. Paul's hospital.

I printed off the receipts from travelzoo, not the vouchers! Manager was wonderful, and let us stay anyway, and would send the vouchers via e-mail once we got home. I don't "do" cell phones! They linked the two nights, but the next day, we were locked out of our room anyway. Spent 20 minutes at reception trying to get it fixed! The woman wanted to run my credit card through again, and I refused. I told her it was already run through the previous day for around $147, and that the two nights were supposed to have been linked when we checked in. She finally gave me back the room cards, and we were able to get into our room.
But then, about 5:30, housekeeping walks right into our room! Her records show that we already checked out! And my husband was sleeping! We stayed there because it was across the street from St. Paul's Hospital, and my husband had medical appointments there. She was embarrassed, and it was obviously not her fault at all. I was incredibly annoyed with the front desk! I was a wreck, to say the least, and it was a very stressful time. More stress dealing with the hotel, than the medical issue!
HUGE thanks to Travelzoo for dealing with our vouchers. We couldn't access the vouchers at all, until we got home to the desktop! And I would never have remembered my password in Vancouver anyway, even if we had access to a computer!
And now I still need a receipt from the Sheraton for the taxes, as we want that for income tax purposes, given it was for medical reasons. UGH! I really don't want to contact them again!

Bell boy was awesome. Assigned room was not ready so we had to go back to the lobby. After 10 min, we were given a different room which was fine but smaller. Very pet friendly hotel and location was great.
