Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, cancellations are not permitted. Any changes to your reservation must be made with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional guests can stay for an extra $55 per person per night (this rate does not include breakfast). Children 17 years and under stay for free. Maximum occupancy is four.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 13% HST, 20% auto-gratuity on breakfast and $2.26 MAT per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel.

Loved the inn and the location, as well as our breakfast. The bathrooms are well appointed and cool layout.

This is a really a motel with one dining room that used to be a 1904 flour mill. I had understood that a buffet breakfast was included, but there is no buffet and a la carte breakfast is expensive, so we went elsewhere where you can have an all you can eat buffet breakfast for $12.99. We could hear guests through the thin walls at night time.

We purchased this stay thru travelzoo as we were going to a concert at Fallsview. The location was great and it was very clean. No fridge in the rooms which I hadn't seen in years and it's very dated. If it hadn't been a discounted rate I would have been very disappointed

It looks much better in the photos, our room window was facing the indoor pool, no hangers in the bathroom, the fan was not working. Toiletries were not pro sided, except soap and shampoo etc. The hotel needs sprucing up as it appears tired. I was charged extra upfront for HST, I guess I didn't realize that.

Great location. Walking distance to most attractions was 15-30 minutes. We also bought the Wego pass and the stop was 200m away from the hotel. The Travelzoo deal was worth it. I don’t think I would stay here if it wasn’t for the deal! Having parking, daily resort fee and breakfast included was fantastic.
