Once you've purchased your voucher(s), follow the instructions on the voucher(s) to make a reservation directly with the hotel. Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.
Hotel cancellation policy: A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation. Upon booking, a deposit of 25% of your accommodation total is required. The balance owing will be charged 15 days prior to check in. Please be advised that the credit card on file will be charged for the balance owing, unless otherwise instructed. Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations made with the hotel at least two weeks prior to arrival are subject to 25% of the accommodation total as a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days are subject to 100% of the accommodation total as a cancellation fee. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $20. Children 12 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is for the One-Bedroom Suites and Main Lodge Two Queen rooms is two adults and two children; maximum occupancy for the Main Lodge King rooms is two adults and one child.
Additional hotel-specific charges: Tax is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
