Why do I need to start paying for my Travelzoo membership?
The main reason is that it allows us to source better deals for you. Many companies wouldn’t give us the amazing deals we get if the offers were available publicly. Moreover, the fee allows us to maintain our independence when we recommend deals.
What happens if I choose not to renew my membership?
If you decide not to renew your membership, you will still receive our newsletters, including the Top 20. However, some information within the newsletters and the website will be blocked, and you will no longer have access to book all deals. Certain exclusive offers and detailed deal information will be reserved for paying members only.
How does my subscription renew?
You need to actively renew your membership before January 1st, 2025. Once you have paid for the first term of your membership, it will automatically renew each year. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, you can do so by adjusting My Account settings or contacting our customer service team.

Do you offer family or household memberships?
Memberships are currently individual. However, you may choose to have only one membership account per family or household. That membership can be used to purchase Club Offers that you enjoy together. However, we recommend that all family members keep their Top 20® subscriptions under their individual emails. You can still view most offers. To purchase Club Offers, you need to use the paid membership account.
