What does a Travelzoo membership include?

A Travelzoo membership means that you become a part of the must-have club for travel enthusiasts, those who love to travel as much as we do, and includes exclusive access to our weekly Top 20® newsletter, a list of carefully researched, negotiated and curated travel and entertainment offers, including luxury and budget-friendly options for hotels, cruises, flights, vacation packages, dining, entertainment and other local activities. We negotiate our deals with top travel companies to offer special rates and perks, focusing on less crowded periods for significant savings but also with opportunities for both planned and spontaneous travel during high season, and research our deals to ensure they are competitive and best-in-market. Members also benefit from direct access to our exceptional customer service team for support by phone or email.

How much does a Travelzoo membership cost?

The annual membership fee is $40, unlocking a year of exclusive deals and benefits.

Can I try Travelzoo before committing to a membership?

Direct trials of membership are not available, but we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If within the first 14 days of your membership, you find that you are not completely satisfied, you can obtain a full refund of your membership fee.

What happens if I am not happy with the membership?

We understand the importance of trust in choosing a membership that promises not just savings, but unforgettable experiences. That is why we offer a straightforward, Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within the first 14 days of your membership, you find that you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. We will do everything we can to address your concerns. However, if you still feel that the membership is not right for you, we will offer a full refund of your membership fee. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support with your membership details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction, and we will process your refund promptly.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your membership in My Account online or by contacting our customer service. The membership will then expire at the end of your 12-month membership period. Once you have paid, assuming you have not requested a refund, you will continue to have access to all the benefits of the club until the end of the membership term.

How does my membership renew?

Automatically each year, with the option to cancel auto-renewal by adjusting your account settings or contacting customer service.

What types of deals can I expect?

Our weekly Top 20® goes live every Wednesday morning. However, we frequently update our site with new deals throughout the week. For the most exceptional offers, we will directly alert you via email, ensuring you never miss out and are the first to know (as some can sell out quickly!).

Do you offer family or household memberships?

Memberships are currently individual. However, you may choose to have only one membership account per family or household. That membership can be used to purchase Club Offers that you enjoy together. However, we recommend that all family members keep their Top 20® subscriptions under their individual emails. You can still view most offers. To purchase Club Offers, you need to use the paid membership account.

Does Travelzoo have offers for solo travelers?

Many of our hotel deals are based on double room occupancy, meaning solo travelers would pay the same price as two adults. However, we are always on the lookout for special deals that cater specifically to solo travelers, such as single occupancy rates with better value or packages designed for solo adventures. When these specific options are available, we make sure to highlight them for our solo travelers.
