Ship details: The MS Fridtjof Nansen is the latest addition to Hurtigruten’s fleet of custom-built ships. All cabins are outside, and 50% will have private balconies. Select aft suites will feature private outdoor hot tubs with spectacular views. The MS Roald Amundsen, built in 2019, is the world's first battery-powered, hybrid expedition ship. Both ships have three onboard restaurants, all inspired by Nordic and Norwegian heritage. There is also an expansive gym, wellness center, outdoor hot tubs and an infinity pool. Guests will also receive a reusable water bottle to fill at onboard filling stations. The ship does not carry unnecessary single-use-plastic products.
