We loved it, felt like we were in Italy. We enjoyed sitting outside having before dinner cocktails on the patio before our delicious dinner in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect of our stay.

Nice and quiet. We thought it would be more out in nature, hotel close to Barton Springs Mall.

Nice hotel with great restaurant. We visited for our anniversary and football game weekend. The weather was perfect to dine on the patio, and the food was very good at The Laurel on site restaurant. And the do have GF options, but not pizza, pasta or bread. Close enough to town to visit the football game easily and other restaurants to meet friends and family. Would return.

The suite we booked was very spacious, the tub was gorgeous, beautiful decor, Chris at the front desk was very apologetic and gracious.

First we were sent to a room that was already booked to someone else. We entered the room and it was filled with someone else’s belongings. Next got a meal that was supposedly worth $340 and it was the worst meal we have ever had. They claimed to have an executive chef, but I think it was his day off. The salmon I ordered looked and tasted like it was a left over and was reheated in a microwave. My wife sent her bone on chicken back bc you could have reroofed your house with it my daughter had a rice dish that had no flavor! The other two meals we got were ok but not of chef caliber(unless he lost the Top Chef competition). We ordered a $15 focaccia bread that I swear was toasted in a toaster. I could taste the burnt toaster spots. If it wasn’t for the $300 comp they gave us for sending us to a room that was already booked I would have refused to pay for the meal. In my opinion it wasn’t even worth the balance of $40. Oh and the girl at the pool bar was the rudest bar maid we have ever encountered. The pool was way too small to call a resort pool.
