I liked the room and the parking. I wish we could have had a window with a view outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced.

Great location in downtown. There was a Restaurant on site which was convenient for coffee and a card key was required to get up to the rooms which added to the safety. There wasn’t many amenities, which was okay for us but I felt the hotel lacked in that area. The room was nice but nothing special. There is a refrigerator in the room which was nice. Overall great experience, especially for the rate we received!

Parking is separate from the hotel company and I think it was closer to $15 a day vs $39.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The stay went well, with one exception. The desk staff at first refused to honor the late checkout that was included in the Travelzoo package. They claimed that Travelzoo made that part up and didn't negotiate it with the hotel. They were going to charge us. I called Travelzoo customer service, and the person spoke to the desk staff that the deal was indeed negotiated with the hotel. The desk manager eventually honored the deal, but the interaction spoiled my impression of the hotel.

Great location, Great staff, easy check-in, beautiful rooms, comfy beds. But the interior facing rooms are weird, looking out to a blank concrete wall of an inaccessible 'hallway/balcony' of the inaccessible inner courtyard (we were on floor 11). The room is great, but it's a bit claustrophobic feeling, with absolutely nothing to see from the window, and no natural light.

Beautiful hotel, well located, but get an outside facing room...unless you want the concrete box sensory deprivation view...
