We used the park, fly & stay option. Everything lived up to a superb option while travelling out of Pearson Airport. Efficient shuttle service, easy booking & check-in, well stocked breakfast buffet, comfortable & attractive room & friendly staff. We were treated royally at the Crowne Plaza. First time but not the last. The best airport stay we’ve ever had.

The hotel was fine. It was booked through a Travelzoo promotion. I bought this so I could utilize the parking for the 6 days I was away and then arriving quite late on my return. I did arrive late and nothing was open i the restaurant. The travelzoo coupon stated that there would be a welcome gift in room that would consist of a bottled water and snack. I was kind of looking forward to the snack (even if it was a bag of chips) to get me through the night. I was starving. Room was very small but I was only there for about 6 hours. Small complaint I know. Other than that it was fine.

The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us and the bed super comfy. The shuttle ran a bit behind but we made it for our flight!

We booked pre flight stay. Due to stow storm we were unable to fly out. The staff was so accommodating and quickly added an extra night stay for us. The room was comfortable and clean.
