Hotel was clean and check in efficient. Room was large and well appointed. Check out was also easy. Valet parking handled quickly. There was a wait to get assistance with our luggage so we just handled it ourselves.

The only thing I wish was that the casino was non-smoking. We visited some that were and it was so nice. Otherwise fine.

GREAT trip & stay. All staff were helpful, but particularly those at the Bell Desk who helped us store our luggage.

We had a good experience. However, the hotel is too far from the strip. We had to take the monorail whenever we wanted to go to the strip. The amount of walking is excessive and we couldn’t visit all the hotels due to the distance we had to walk.

Everything was so clean and we were able to upgrade our room for just $15 per night. There was a Monorail stop at the hotel, which made it easy to go up and down the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

No ice machine on 12th floor. You have to go to another floor for ice but key card only allows you to go to 12th floor so you have to follow someone out of elevator to get ice. Pillows are flat and hard. Pool was cold and hot tub very hot. Check in was easy and efficient. Parking great for guests with easy access to hotel.
