Hotel is in a great location beach access and the two different levels they have for seating area was amazing. Staff all super nice. We will definitely be going back.

Could it get more amazing, yes it did! January provided a relaxing time to travel to Laguna Beach. The moment we stepped into the lobby of Capri Laguna we were greeted warmly by Paige. The lobby had a beautiful fireplace and sitting spaces including an exceptional contemporary breakfast area. Our ocean front room was inviting and spotless. Nick, the General Manager, Bachir, Morgan, and Kaley were available during our stay to answer questions about the town and hotel, sites to see which included shops and galleries, dining choices and the free trolley which helped us explore the town. From the General Manager to housekeeping staff, each employee provided helpful and friendly customer service which made our stay at this charming hotel a wonderful get away.

We loved the location and ease of access to the beach. The rooms were modern, for an old building, and the bed was comfortable. We did have an issue with our keycards not working on multiple occasions, and an electrical outlet in our room had a short, but the staff took quick action and upgraded us for free from an ocean-view room to a beach-front room. I did really appreciate that. The view from the first room was good.. you could see the ocean, not the beach.. but the view from the beach-front room was stellar! Soooo beautiful. We slept with the windows and slider open and listened to the waves crashing all night long. The free continental breakfast was good, and included fresh ground/brewed Starbucks coffee, cereal selections, milk, yogurt, bananas, bagels/toast, but no protein outside of hardboiled eggs, which is typical. The parking was great and included for free which is always nice. The only downside for me personally is the price. It is a bit high compared to nearby locations, and much higher than I would usually spend for an older hotel, BUT, the location and view made up for that 100%. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
