THE DOWN FALL IS PARKING. THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR PARKING BECAUSE THEY UPDATED THEIR HOTEL ROOMS. THE CUSTOMER IS PAYING FOR THE REVOVATIONS AND I FEEL THAT IS WRONG. AS A BUSINESS THAT SHOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

It was very nice at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. Enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that we ordered 3 deserts from the restaurant and they were not the best. Might want to upgrade that. The pool wasn't that big, but it worked for everyone to cool off and enjoy. Staff was nice and did a good job keeping up with as many people that were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Sand Key. What it lacks in size compared to the other hotels in the vicinity it makes up for in hospitality and amenities. Every employee was friendly, gracious and helpful. Close enough to South Clearwater Beach area on The Jolley Trolley for daily excursions. Will definitely be our first choice for lodging for that area.

Pool area is exceptional with bar/restaurant/hot tub/live music. Beach is clean, chairs readily available, beautiful sunsets. Free trolley to South Beach was a very nice bonus. Ate at Rusty our last night there and we were extremely satisfied, the food was so excellent!

The parking should be free. For the regular price bring so high it would be nice to have lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach for free

The resort is nice, the pool is too small for the amount of people using it. We mostly took the golf cart to the beach because of traveling with children and elderly adults- it was definitely too far of a walk for them. The beach was beautiful. The chairs and sunshades were $48 a day for 2 chairs so this was a big cost. We did not have an ocean view room, instead it looked over the bay and conference center which I would not recommend because it was noisy from the air conditioners and traffic with no breeze (very hot) so the balcony could not be enjoyed. I would not stay in this type of room again. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Restaurant was average. Breakfast was terrible.

Family trip for a long weekend. Came to Sheraton Sand Key Resort for a weekend getaway with family members.
Check in - Upon arrival, Gianna at the front desk was amazing. She was warm, patient and answered all our questions.
Pool / Beach - On our first full day, a Saturday at 10am we went to the pool to get towels to head to the beach. This was on a Saturday of a Memorial Day weekend and we were informed that there were no towels and had to wait. Jace, who was at the station at the time, kept professional and optimistic demeanor. However, based on this reason a star was deducted, why wasn’t the towel inventory fully stocked on a Saturday at 10am? Morgan, at the beach cabana rental was friendly and made the rentals a breeze.
Rooms- unfortunately the hotel was fully booked but it was a bit disappointing that our “beach hotel” had no view of a beach, instead our room faced a side construction area that was not pleasant. I noticed hair on the floor as if housekeeping didn’t vacuum properly otherwise room was great and newly updated. Our AC unit was leaking and maintenance came to fix the problem but it persisted. Also other people in our party mentioned they had similar issues.
Overall I would stay here again just based on location and value. There are things I wish could have been different but best option we could get for the holiday weekend.

Nice hotel, some good food at the restaurants, pleasant staff, clean rooms and spaces. I would like a much bigger pool and pool area. Having fresh local fruits and vegetables would be great too.
