From friendly Jazmin at the front desk, to servic e oriented wait staff, to daily housekeeping, delicious coffee and food...this centrally located hotel in the heart of San Francisco was an excellent home base for our 3 days in the city!

Hotel Zelos is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown San Francisco. It's nearby to all local shopping, transportation and restaurants. The staff members are very accommodating and the beds are super comfortable. Don't think twice, just book this hotel.

Hotel Zelos perfectly encapsulated the increasingly strong argument against AirBnb. It was frictionless, enjoyable, and made my vacation significantly simpler and easier than a lesser hotel or an AirBnb would have.

We could not find a water dispenser in the gym, which was odd. The room is nice but small and get stuffy. The artwork is bizarre and not inviting. The hotel restaurant/bar is closed on Sundays which does not make sense since San Francisco is such a well visited city. Also, the bathrooms do not have fans, leading to the whole space being stuffy after a shower, etc.

The Continental breakfast was delicious. However, they did not provide decaf tea. Please provide decaf tea for those who are tea drinkers. Decaf coffee was offered and it was delicious! Thanks!!

One of the front lobby staff on Saturday said repeatedly that there would be no breakfast on Sunday. he told multiple people in our group. Althought the bar and restaurant WERE closed for the evening, it was open for breakfast. Even the sign in the lobby was confusing. We went, but others in our group didn't.
