We really enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in the door until we checked out. It was fun to have a game room on property with such a vast amount of games. Location is fantastic!

The periscope (that they claim is the largest) didn’t seem to work. It would be nice to get a water each day of your stay. Also, we bought extra time for a late checkout and then our key key didn’t work so we didn’t get to use the late checkout anyway. There weren’t any instructions upfront about how to use the late check out.

We had a lovely stay. It was in a very good location. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. The room was on the smaller side but fine. It was very quiet. We asked for a quiet room and they obliged us. We couldn't hear any traffic or city noise. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, we were very pleased.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated the bellman. I don't remember his name but he was very nice. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant information.

Great spot, fun vibe! Outdoor area with fire pits, s'mores kits, games, lounging area. The hotel has great decor with sculptures, murals, a shipping container. There is a workout room and space of working as well. Right near Pier 39

Staff was very helpful; concierge was also knowledgable and personable-all a tribute to the hotel-from the front desk to the bellmen to even the security guard! Again, kudos to concierge and the staff! Made our stay special.

I had told them it was a special trip for us. Our room looked into the parking lot - windows do not open.
I asked for a room with balcony. Instead, we were given a room two floors up, which was a lot better than the first room. … the windows do not open - was told “ because salt air is not good for the room” ??

The location can NOT be beat. The grounds were fun, plenty of games for adults and kids. Next time we are I. San Francisco, this is the only place we will stay!
