Breakfast at Kimpton is so good! We had a room on the mountain side of the hotel. So it was quiet. They have a beautiful front porch but unfortunately Route 7A is quite a busy road. Nothing the hotel can do about that. But still lovely and we would go back. Great location.

Hotel is perfectly located in the Village. Restaurants within walking distance.
Many interesting things to do within a close drive (Hildene, museums, shops, beautiful countryside, walking trails, etc.).
Property is very nice. Comfortable room with great bed and bedding made for a very restful sleep. Shower and amenities exceptional.
Common areas were all beautifully maintained.
Evening wine reception was well attended and sitting on the front porch was a highlight.
Did not utilize the onsite restaurant so can't comment. However,
it looked very inviting inside and the smells from breakfast being prepped would have enticed us in if we did not have a prior early obligation.
Staff was very attentive, Lucretia at the front desk was wonderful.
Will highly recommend to friends visiting in that area.

Had a travelzoo and allowed us to check out your hotel with our dog, which helped a lot. The hotel and room, social hour and location was all wonderful. We really enjoyed the area. We would love to come back. It helped to have a special to enjoy the place without having to spend too much as were both semi-retired. Cozy, beautiful, would love to visit in warmer weather and spend more time on the gorgeous front porch and nighttime fire pit.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on Easter in the Restaurant. Lovely trying restaurants in town. We would have liked to spend a relaxing lighter fare for dinner at the hotel the 2nd night but the nightly menu did not include lighter or bar menu so that may be helpful to have that if people don't want full entrees and would encourage more late night or dining customers.

Loved the location of this hotel. It was near shopping, restaurants, and some attractions. Friendly staff as well. Unfortunately, my husband and I found the bed uncomfortable but staff tried to accommodate us by putting a comforter over the mattress, which was somewhat helpful. Free glass of wine and popcorn was a nice extra during their social hour.

We were there with another couple. We had our dog with us. We were blown away with how dog friendly the hotel was, and how friendly the staff and the other people who were staying there were. The only drawback to our stay was that we ate at the onsite restaurant , The Copper Grouse. My husband ordered a burger. What came at a steep price was a badly plated burger. The kitchen should have been embarrassed to have that come out. Denny's does a better job.
