The weather was fabulous for an East Coast person, hotel was wonderful..historic aspect and price deal was the draw.

the food outlets need a review..not enticing for guests..from pool menu, to inyimate dining to general outlets--meals are lack Llustre and pricing is high...Thanksgiving buffet $198.00 per person??!!

The Biltmore was nice. Great place to stay. Could be 5 stars with a step up in service. Staff was great though. Glad we stayed and experienced.

We stayed in a pool villa and Everything was great! The spire bar and Rentana’s restaurant were amazing. The only downside is MacArthurs restaurant ; the food was terrible and expensive. The hotel needs to get rid of that restaurant.
