Overall a good experience, the Citrus Club access was very nice with different snacks throughout the day and drinks included. Staff were very nice and helpful.
A few things I'd change or I wish were different:
- There is definitely different fire pit rooms, some have a great outdoor seating area with a big fire pit, a couch and multiple chairs and nice big private area surrounding a pool. Others have a small fire table with two chairs and a very small area facing a walkway or the side of another building, and we didn't know there was such a difference and how to request the bigger, nicer setup. Of course the nicer room options weren't available when we checked in and the staff worked with us to try and provide different options, but ultimately, we settled on something different that was ok, but not ideal.
- Food and drinks were very expensive if you went anywhere on property other than the Citrus Club. If you wanted to order a cocktail off the room service menu it was $28-$29 plus tip, plus tax, plus, plus, plus...
- Waterslide closed early - like 4pm-ish - not sure why... disappointing.
- A couple of hiccups with the Travelzoo vouchers, but staff were great about resolving them. When we checked-in for some reason the second room we booked for our 2 adult children showed only one person. No real issue and the person helping us corrected it, but it took some time and a bit of back and forth which shouldn't have happened. Also, upon checking out, on our bill we initially didn't get the Travelzoo rate and I had to go back and forth via text and emails a couple of rounds a bit to get it correct. Again, not a big issue, but not seamless either.

My recommendation if you go is to get the Citrus Club access and really try and get one of the better fire pit rooms around the pool near the Citrus Club.

We stayed in a pool villa and Everything was great! The spire bar and Rentana’s restaurant were amazing. The only downside is MacArthurs restaurant ; the food was terrible and expensive. The hotel needs to get rid of that restaurant.

We were on a girls’ trip and had the best time! The property is beautiful, the restaurants and pools are excellent, the gym is well equipped, and the location cannot be beat. It feels quiet but is close to lots of shopping and activities, although you honestly don’t even need to leave the resort.

It should have been nice if they provided us the room that we’re supposed to get. They gave us a room without a view. On our bookking at travelzoo we’re supposed to get one kingbed with resort view. That wasn’t given. I have to call and complain. They able to change our room with the pool view but not king bed. Thats the only thing disappointed us. The rest are good

Nice spot if you like the hustle & bustle. We stayed at 3 different hotels over our time here and this was the noisiest. They were able to apply our gold status and upgrade with hilton despite booking on a travel zoo voucher which i was impressed by. That said the adult pool & the room was pretty noisy even with our free upgrade. I preferred our other 2 quieter hotels but it totally depends on your vibe. The service at the front desk was top notch. The concierge said the spa was fully booked, but we walked over to the spa and they had several options for us. Food does not have much in the way of vegan & gluten free, or truly healthy options but there are lots of restaurants if you want to eat at different spots. We were in their recently updated rooms in the terrace. They were spacious but not particularly modern.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arizona Biltmore. it was a holiday weekend, and we felt they could’ve done a little bit more like maybe in future the DJ on Monday, or have the stores open a little later, those would really be my only complaints. Otherwise we had the best time!

We had an amazing experience at the Biltmore. It is a beautiful resort and every staff member we encountered were so friendly and accommodating. From the check in staff to the concierge to the wait staff and housekeepers. It was a level above!
