Wonderful experience for our grandson's 8 birthday! He was so happy! I have no complaints about anything! It was great and the price through Travelzoo was amazing! Hope you continue to have deals for Camelback!

I traveled from Brooklyn with 2 kids for 1 night over stay, & was told the the water slides are down, thus the activities that were available & open for kids are - lazy river, wave pool and jacuzzi; thus it was disappointed. Bar is closed way too early but 7 pm it is down; at least should have some alcoholic options to buy via vending machine or in the store. Ice cream place & Pizza p place were closed as well.

It was good for two days/two nights. We were able to cover everything as far as activities. My son, age 6, had a blast. There was a funny smell coming from the HVAC system in our room but not bad enough to complain about. The room was very clean. The food in the cafeteria was overpriced and some of the activities seemed a bit pricey as well, but we were not surprised. We were caught off-guard encountering a bear on our way to the Italian restaurant. It shook us up a bit. I wish we had known to look out for them. The staff was courteous throughout our stay.

Check in line kept growing and no additional staff was called to assist. Check in took 5-10 minutes per party.
Room had a pull out bed in the couch but no blanket or top sheet. Went to front desk and a blanket was brought in about 30 minutes.
TV didn't receive the majority of channels listed on the guide. No ESPN, FX, etc. Called the front desk 3 times but got no answer.
Either poor noise insulation between rooms or the neighbors were really loud. Sleep quality was poor.
Water park doesn't open until 10am but checkout is 11am so you pretty much have to check out before going to the water park so no chance to shower and change in the room afterwards. No changing area in the water park rest rooms.
Restaurant and bar off the lobby were closed during our stay.
Staff at water park were helpful and friendly.
Room was ample sized
Using wrist bands for room keys was nice. Unfortunately they didn't work at the indoor water park.

They charged me for complimentary parking $25 despite the deal. I had to call them twice to resolve this. I should have never been charged in the first place.

Hotel and waterpark are great. Kids had a great time. Most staff were great and very helpful. Few front desk staff were not like when we asked for an extra warm blanket or complementary late checkout.

6 of the 8 slides were closed on a busy Holiday. Restaurant staff were overloaded and the food wasn’t worth it.
