The Revere is an exceptional hotel! This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint! The staff went above and beyond our expectations! I had a specific room request and Leo went out of his way to make sure this was the extra special experience that I wanted for my spouse! I highly recommend the Revere!

Parking lot is on site and only $42/night with in and out privileges. Decorated nicely for the holidays. Room was on 22nd floor with balcony and nice view. Short walk to Boston Common.

The staff was consistently helpful while answering any questions I had. The room was comfortable. Our children had a difficult time reaching the mounted hand soap in the bathroom. No extras were provided, such as a shower cap, makeup remover, or cotton swabs. We found this surprising for the rates this hotel typically charges. The restaurant food was very good. Complementary tea and flavored waters were nice, but the area is not often maintained. We could hear music from another floor and jumping, however it was before bedtime and didn't bother us much. Refrigerator was available upon request, but was awkwardly installed in front of a full length mirror. The balcony was a nice surprise, and it would have been nice to have seating to enjoy sitting out there. Overall, we liked the hotel enough to consider returning, if a discount was offered again.

When I reviewed my receipt I noticed the hotel did not credit me the $25, actually $50, for the 2 times we dined in the restaurant. I followed up with 2 emails and no response! There is not a phone for the accounting dept so I could not talk to anyone, only email. I've waited long enough so now I;m giving the review.
