Service at reception, except at checkout was excellent. The location was great also, very walkable to Bell Centre, Metro and stores.

Reception Service and location was great. Unfortunately it ended there. While there was room service, second and third day the only gave two towels. We also paid extra for breakfast, 4 people for 3 days. It really was not very good. Scrambled eggs were soggy and watery, pancakes were hard, could not even slice with a knife, and there were fruit flies all around. Second night, our card could not open the door to our room. After three visits to the reception, it was determined that battery needed to be changed and could only be done next day. Garage door was having issues going out. Finally, even though there service at reception was great through out the stay, when leaving at checkout, gentleman serving us, had no apologies to offer, not even a thank you for your stay or come again.

We enjoyed our suite, especially the light and the well equipped kitchen. We really loved the fact that we could recharge our EV, free of charge and the number of charging ports.
Other Comments
I would have loved to have more information on their restaurant. We had trouble finding their menu on line or any reviews. We also suggested to them that they add more lighting in the kitchen area.

Screw up at registration! $$ didn't match at all, they were charging about 25% more then our voucher said we would be? Took 3 visits to the desk & the manager finally corrected the bill at checkout! Other then that it was, clean,quiet ,very nice!

The so called supervisor Katherine argued with me at check in that my Travelzoo reservation did not include free parking in front of other guests and the associate she was training!!! I have booked many Travelzoo events, please remove this hotel from your roster, it’s not up to par .

Room was not clean. Hair tie under clean washcloth in shower fell to floor then was picked up by housekeeping until asked to do so. Trash from previous guest under sink in bathroom bedside tables and lamps dusty- not cleaned.

The complementary breakfast for 2 was terrible. The bacon was quite greasy, the pancakes falling apart, the beans had an off flavour (possibly canned and dumped onto the tray), and the scrambled eggs did not look fresh (very pale colour)…The fresh fruit was the only thing decent, and the coffee was okay. Definitely not worth the $20+ if we had to pay for an additional breakfast voucher!

The room itself was very spacious and clean, however the tv remote did not work properly. They said they would bring us a new one/new batteries in 15min but never came!
