Love the location and hammocks!

Very strict with check in/out times and charged extra to do so which is surprising during off season. All rooms are pet friendly which is not good for those with allergies. Would be nice to have some no pet rooms or floors. Staff is not super welcoming.

The caveat here is that we came in Nov, 2024 shortly after the area experienced 2 hurricanes. That being said, we had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice and the beach beautiful. The location was close to several restaurants and shops. It would have been helpful if the property had a list of nearby activities that were open given the circumstances. Overall, would recommend, definitely high value given price.

The staff here was not helpful or welcoming like other Hilton properties. They did not honor travel zoo confirmation booking pricing even though I gh they saw my email and said the rate was applied upon check-in. Very disappointed at the lack of support and customer service and lack of caring by their employees.

Clean, within walking distance to anything you need (live music, restaurants, etc.) and such a bonus that the cabana and lounge chairs were included!

Besides having to wait until 2pm to check in or pay 50 bucks when room was ready and they even gave me keys and took them back. It was as great.
