Voucher cancellation and refund policy:  Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

Cancellation policy: Until the voucher’s Promotional Value Expiration Date, Travelzoo will give you a full refund of your purchase if you can't find dates that suit you or you can't travel. If you've already booked your dates, simply cancel with the hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival and contact Travelzoo for a refund. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional cancellation/change fees by the hotel.

Occupancy rules: Price based on a maximum of 2 guests per room. Children under 12 are not permitted.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A conservation levy of R210 per person, per night applies through Aug. 31, 2025. For stays from Sept. 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026, this will increase to R230 per person, per night (approx. US$11–US$12). This is not included and will be paid directly to the lodge.
